Blow-dried hair, without any product: you have trouble detangling it but you manage: your hair is dry.
Blow-dried hair, without any product: you can't get a comb through your hair. What's more, if your scalp is tight or sore and starts to flake: your scalp and/or your hair are very dry.
There's nothing you can do about genetics, but your hair may be dry by nature, leading to poor irrigation of the scalp and insufficient sebum secretion. But there's also everything you put your hair through: blow-drying it too hot, brushing it too often and using the wrong hair care products. Add to that the explosive cocktail of sun, wind, seawater, chlorine, pollution, UV rays and stress, and you’ll see the impact.
